Comprehensive and Intensive Packages

Availability of comprehensive packages:

  • Graduating Class of 27 – Intensive plans only are available.

  • Graduating Class of 28 – Rising Juniors - Now enrolling.

  • Graduating Class of 29, 30, or 31 – Early Start Plans or Hourly Consultations are available.

Comprehensive College Advising Plans

For the Comprehensive Advising Plans, time for essay and application review, calls, emails, answering questions, etc., is included in the fee. Flexible payment plans available.

We limit the number of comprehensive students per year to ensure personalized attention.

    Support includes school discovery and selection, essay development, testing timelines, summer and extracurricular planning, and full guidance through the unique demands of performing and visual arts applications.

    $7,400 — Film, Visual Arts - including portfolio development support

    $6,500 — Music students without audition/portfolio development requirements

    +$250 per university beyond 12

    Academic Track

    For students pursuing traditional college admissions. Covers course selection and academic strategy, extracurricular development, summer planning, testing awareness, and parent coaching.

    Arts Track

    Everything in the Academic Track, plus dedicated work on artistic development — building repertoire, identifying mentors, exploring pre-college programs, and laying the groundwork for portfolio and audition readiness long before applications are due.

    Tiered by when your student joins — the earlier you start, the more sessions are included.

Goal Oriented Intensive Plans

For the application intensives, time for essay and application review, calls, emails, answering questions, etc. is deducted from the block of hours.

  • Focused, high-impact sessions for students applying to competitive arts programs. Work one-on-one with a Best Fit artistic advisor to develop and refine your portfolio or audition materials.

    Available for Film, Acting, Fine Arts, Creative Writing, Screenwriting, Photography, Animation, Architecture, Theater Design & Production, Music, and more.

    5-Hour Intensive — $1,500

    10-Hour Intensive — $2,750

  • The Twelve-Hour Portfolio Film Development Course, offered by filmmakers and Best Fit advisors Jesse Damazo and Sinah Ober, helps students develop and produce an original portfolio film for film school applications. From concept development and character exploration through pre-production, production planning, editing, and final refinement, students are guided through the complete filmmaking process while developing a project that reflects their unique creative voice and vision.

    12 Hours – $3,000
