Comprehensive and Intensive Packages

CURRENT PLANS AND PRICING FOR BEST FIT EDUCATION

Pricing Update Effective June 1, 2026

  • Due to increased demand and our continued commitment to high-touch, individualized advising, Best Fit Education will be adjusting our fees on June 1.

  • All new clients who begin the process prior to this date will be honored at current rates.

Availability of comprehensive packages

  • Graduating Class of 27 – Limited spots for comprehensive plans are available; intensive plans available.

  • Graduating Class of 28 – Now enrolling

  • Graduating Class of 29 – Hourly Consultations Available

Comprehensive College Advising Plans

For the Comprehensive Advising Plans, time for essay and application review, calls, emails, answering questions, etc. is included fee. Flexible payment plans available.

  • This comprehensive plan includes personalized, hands-on guidance through all aspects of the application process, from:

    • school discovery and selection,

    • essay support,

    • managing the complexity of performing & visual arts applications,

    • portfolio and/or audition development,

    • testing timelines,

    • summer and extracurricular activity guidance,

    • and more.

    This is our most commonly selected and most supportive plan.

    There is no limit on contact, hours, or essay review for up to 12 universities.

    +$250 for each additional university.

    Limited places available each application year.

    $6,850 - Performing & Visual Arts Comprehensive plan. Student works closely with a Best Fit advisor to develop all application materials, including audition and/or portfolio.

    $6,100 - Music students who do not need audition and portfolio development.

    Flexible payment plans are available.

  • This comprehensive plan includes personalized, hands-on guidance through all aspects of the application process, from:

    • essay support,

    • testing timelines,

    • summer and extracurricular activity guidance,

    • and more.

Goal Oriented Intensive Plans

For the application intensives, time for essay and application review, calls, emails, answering questions, etc. is deducted from the block of hours.

  • Portfolio or Audition Development Intensives for Arts Applications

    Subject areas include: Film, Acting Audition, Fine Arts, Creative Writing, Screenwriting, Photography, Animation, Architecture, Theater Design and Production, Music and more.

    Five-Hour Intensive - $1,350

    Ten-Hour Intensive - $2,350

  • Five or 10 1-hour blocks of time to work with our college advisors on any part of the application process.

    Five-Hour Intensive - $1,250

    Ten-Hour Intensive - $2,250

  • General consulting on any topic, including interview preparation, development consultation for artists in 8th to 10th grade, supplemental hours, and more! - $300
